For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and use the ice77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
2. You must be the valid holder of the payment method used to deposit funds into your ice77 account.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. Users are responsible for determining whether accessing ice77 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not already hold an active or suspended ice77 account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ice77 at any time, whether through self-exclusion or administrative closure.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of ice77 or any of its affiliated gaming or technology suppliers.

To access betting, gaming, and withdrawal services on ice77, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification. ice77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage of your relationship with the platform.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password during registration.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ice77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point ice77 deems it necessary for compliance or security purposes, you will be required to provide identity verification documents. Accepted documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — front and back, clearly legible)
• Passport (photo page — for non-KTP holders)
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie verification (a clear photograph of the account holder holding their identity document)

ice77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 1–24 hours of document submission on business days. Players whose accounts have not yet passed KYC may deposit and wager but will not be permitted to withdraw until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposits

ice77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time upon successful bank or e-wallet confirmation.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 (subject to change; see the platform cashier for current limits).
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• ice77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. ice77 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 3 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may extend during peak periods but will not exceed 24 hours under normal operational conditions.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah); higher amounts may be processed in multiple tranches at ice77's discretion.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• ice77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank transfer fees charged by receiving institutions are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification if the account shows unusual activity or if ice77's fraud-prevention systems flag a transaction for review.

ice77 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is capped at 5× the original bonus amount unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to circumvent this restriction constitute a breach of these Terms.
• ice77 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit a promotion, engaged in arbitrage betting, or violated any condition of the promotion.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Players must have a fully verified account to claim deposit bonuses exceeding Rp 500.000 in bonus value.
• Bonuses are not available to players who have activated self-exclusion or are on a deposit-limit restriction period, unless ice77 support explicitly confirms otherwise in writing.
• ice77 may at its sole discretion modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that existing active bonus claims are honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.

5.3 Cashback Promotions

Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over the qualifying period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds subject to a 1× wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. Cashback is not paid on losses incurred using bonus funds.

All bets and game rounds placed on ice77 are final once confirmed by the platform system. The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface at the time of wagering. Limits may vary by market, event, or game type.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet, unless the game provider's own rules state a different procedure.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play (as specified by the relevant sport's governing body), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the outcome of the relevant market has already been determined.
• In-play bets are processed in real time. ice77 does not accept liability for delays caused by the player's internet connection or device performance during live betting.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be successful for the bet to win. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections at updated combined odds.
• ice77 reserves the right to void bets placed after a result has been determined (commonly referred to as "past posting"), or where a clear technical pricing error is evident.

ice77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that any registered account holder may activate at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions are applied immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session-end or reminder notifications after a configured period of play.
• Loss Limits: Caps on total net losses over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, the player's session is ended automatically for the remainder of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request exclusion from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications showing the player's current session duration and net profit/loss position.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ice77 platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using a false name, date of birth, address, or any other fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner to generate artificial winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any wagering activity in breach of the integrity rules of a relevant sports governing body.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.

ice77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Compliance with a request, order, or instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 25.000 per month after the dormancy threshold is reached, unless the balance is zero).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ice77 will retain any player funds in the account wallet until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, funds will be released in full. If fraud or material breach is confirmed, ice77 reserves the right to forfeit such funds in accordance with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ice77 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if ice77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss arising from platform unavailability, interruption, or technical failure caused by circumstances beyond ice77's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider failures, DDoS attacks, or acts of government).
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Decisions made by a player to wager beyond their financial means.

ice77's total aggregate liability to any player under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total player funds held in their account wallet at the time the claim arises.

ice77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. ice77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed and stored with AES-256 encryption.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ice77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ice77's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by ice77's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a consumer's rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.

Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling exists in a legally ambiguous space under Indonesian law and that they use the platform at their own risk. ice77 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction; users are solely responsible for determining their own legal position.

ice77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the platform website no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ice77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account and return of any available player funds balance.

The version number and date displayed at the top of this document indicate the most recently published revision. Previous versions of these Terms are archived and available on request.
